against Discrimination Act obliges public and private sector entities and natural persons to ensure protection against discrimination and equal treatment of all persons in their activities or conduct in relation to third parties, including in relation to <strong>conditions of access to employment, self-employment and occupation, including selection criteria and employment conditions, regardless of the type of activity and at all levels of the professional hierarchy, including promotion.<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Example:\u00a0<\/strong>A single mother does not get the promotion opportunity as the new job would require a 100% presence in the workplace, and she would not be able to fulfil this condition due to repeated absence for child care.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\" jet-accordion__item jet-toggle jet-toggle-move-up-effect \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"jet-toggle-control-2542\" ensure protection against discrimination and equal treatment of all persons in their activities and conduct in relation to third parties, including in relation <strong>to access to all forms and levels of career guidance and counselling, vocational and professional education and training, further vocational training and retraining, including internship.<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Example: <\/strong>Due to disability, the employee is not referred to professional training carried out in a building that does not enable access for people with disabilities, as the employer believes that the adjustments necessary in order for the employee to attend the training would be too burdensome for the company.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\" jet-accordion__item jet-toggle jet-toggle-move-up-effect \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"jet-toggle-control-2543\" class=\"jet-toggle__control elementor-menu-anchor\" data-toggle=\"3\" role=\"button\" obliges public and private sector entities and natural persons to ensure protection against discrimination and equal treatment of all persons, <strong>including in relation to employment, working conditions and termination of employment contracts and salaries in their practices and actions in relation to third parties.<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Example:<\/strong>The policy of a private company is to pay men a higher salary than women for the same work.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\" jet-accordion__item jet-toggle jet-toggle-move-up-effect obliges public and private sector entities and natural persons to ensure protection against discrimination and equal treatment of all persons in their practices and actions in relation to third parties including in relation to <strong>membership and inclusion in organisations of workers or employers or in any organisation whose members perform a particular profession, including the benefits provided by such organisations.<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Example<\/strong>: The regulation in the collective agreement that an additional day of leave belongs only to union
