As Director of Diversity Charter Slovenia, she promoted respect for diversity and the creation of inclusive workplaces.<\/p><p>On 15 July 2026, the Slovenian National Assembly appointed her as the new Advocate of the Principle of Equality. She took office for a five-year term on 26 October 2026.<\/p><p><strong>\u201cWe cannot create equal opportunities on our own.
