Annual reports

In accordance with Article 22, the Advocate of the Principle of Equality shall report about his work and findings about the existence of discrimination of individual groups of persons with a personal circumstance to the National Assembly by regular annual or special reports. The regular annual report must be submitted to the National Assembly by 30 April at the latest for the previous year. Based on reports, the National Assembly adopts definitions and recommendations, and the Government gives a preliminary opinion on submitted reports.
